Mr. Caldwell’s primary responsibilities are to develop, facilitate and manage each facet of Yesway’s customer loyalty, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Caldwell oversees the daily operations of Yesway’s CRM and mobile application platforms, and is part of Yesway’s team responsible for the design and development loyalty rewards technologies, strategies, campaigns and analysis.
Prior to joining Yesway, Mr. Caldwell was the Marketing Manager for Margaritas Management Group, where he created, implemented and grew their guest loyalty program to over 100,000 members, contributing $9 million in annual sales. Prior to this, he was the Marketing and Brand Manager for BlackFinn American Saloon where he developed a restaurant concept and branding program, and oversaw the graphic design and marketing teams.
Mr. Caldwell is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
