Mr. Deliso’s primary responsibility is to provide maintenance and repair work and supervise vendors at the Sabadell Office Building, which consists of 114,000 Square feet of office space in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Delisio also provides engineering oversight to other engineers and properties in the Florida portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Deliso was an Operating Engineer for a 500,000 square foot commercial building in mid-town Manhattan and an 80 story Hotel in New York City. Upon moving to South Florida he was a Service Manager for SD Air in Palm Beach Gardens, FL where he supervised and trained a team of ten air conditioning field technicians. Prior to SD Air, Mr. Delisio was the Branch Manager for Service Experts, LLC in their Miami office where he supervised and trained a staff twelve technicians serving multiple communities in Southern Florida. In that office, he also had business management, product supply ordering, inventory reporting, and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
Mr. Deliso holds his EPA CFC Universal Certification and has completed HVAC coursework with the Local 94 Operating Engineers, New York City Chapter. He is certified by the New York City Fire Department for sprinkler standpipe, fire pump, and fire safety director responsibilities.
