Jory P. Crowell is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Brookwood. Mr. Crowell’s primary responsibility is to conduct due diligence for commercial real estate opportunities and perform financial analysis on the viability of future real estate investments. Working closely with the President and Director of Acquisitions, he leads the structuring and negotiating of financing arrangements for Brookwood’s commercial real estate vehicles. In addition, Mr. Crowell assists in the production of investor reporting, asset valuations, and dispositions. He has completed over $500 Million in acquisitions and is a key part of Brookwood’s fund management team.
Before joining Brookwood, Mr. Crowell was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Boston office of Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Crowell’s responsibilities included research and analysis for regional private and institutional investors, banks, special servicers, and he worked on several national tenant representation assignments. As part of the Capital Markets team, he was involved in over $175 Million in commercial real estate sales. Prior to Mr. Crowell’s position at Grubb & Ellis, he was employed by Oasis Development Enterprises and KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he assessed acquisition opportunities, assisted asset management with portfolio performance reports, and worked with originators in the underwriting and syndication of institutional loans.
Mr. Crowell holds an MBA from the Brandeis International Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Gordon College.
