Ms. Fermano’s primary responsibility is to direct all financial and accounting aspects of its national portfolio of gas stations and convenience store properties. Ms. Fermano is also responsible for growing, training, and supervising Yesway’s accounting staff.
Prior to joining Yesway, Ms. Fermano was a Senior Controller at Aramark, a leading provider of food and support services to colleges and universities, where she developed and maintained an annual budget of $85 million for Boston University Dining Services and Retail Operations. Ms. Fermano managed an additional budget for Aramark of $62 million for an 11-store convenience store portfolio located in the Boston area. Previously, Ms. Fermano was the Chief Financial Officer for 660 Corporation, where she supervised the financial reporting process and led the implementation of a new retail accounting system for the firm’s portfolio of convenience stores.
Ms. Fermano is a graduate of Bentley University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University.
