Ms. Caselden is an Assistant Property Manager for Brookwood’s Northeast portfolio. Ms. Caselden’s primary responsibilities is to assist with the day-to-day property operations and maintain positive tenant and vendor relationships. Ms. Caselden will also assist with reviewing, analyzing and reporting of the financial and operational performance of the properties.
Prior to joining Brookwood, Ms. Caselden worked for Lincoln Property Company as a Resident Manager where she gained experience in tenant relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and monthly reporting that made her a great fit for her role at Brookwood. Previously, Ms. Caselden worked at Moss and Company as a Leasing Professional.
