Ms. Vodrazka is a Property Manager for a portfolio of five class A & B suburban office properties in Irving and San Antonio. Ms. Vodrazka’s primary responsibilities is to oversee the operations and maintenance of these properties. Prior to relocating to Texas and joining the Brookwood team, Cathy worked for Elevation Companies from 2016-2021 managing 8 medical office buildings totaling 345,000 SF. Before joining Elevation, Cathy was employed by Flatiron Property Management from 2014-2016 as the Assistant Property Manager where she assisted in the management 3M SF of commercial and industrial space.
